1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM (PST) may begin processing the next business day.

  • You will receive an order confirmation email, followed by a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.


2. Shipping Locations

We currently offer shipping within the United States only.
We do not ship internationally at this time.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. Use this number to monitor your shipment’s progress via the carrier’s website.


5. Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet our delivery timelines, certain factors beyond our control (such as natural disasters, holidays, or carrier service disruptions) may cause delays.
We appreciate your patience and will do our best to keep you informed.


6. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information.


7. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive within a reasonable time:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of the delivery date (or expected delivery date if lost).

We’ll work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue.
