We offer a variety of high-quality pet products, including toys, beds, grooming supplies, feeding accessories, and wellness items for both dogs and cats.
2. Do you ship internationally?
No. At this time, we only ship within the United States.
3. How long does it take to receive my order?
Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days
Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days (additional fee)
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
4. How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use it to follow the delivery status via the carrier’s website.
5. Can I return an item?
Yes. You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery, as long as they are unused, unwashed, and in the original packaging. Please refer to our Refund and Returns Policy for full details.
6. What if I receive a damaged or defective product?
Please contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item(s). We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
7. Can I cancel or modify my order?
Orders can be modified or canceled within 12 hours of placement. After that, we cannot guarantee changes due to our quick processing times.
