We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

⚠️ Non-returnable items include perishable goods (e.g., treats, food), personalized products, and items marked as “final sale.”


2. Return Process

To request a return:

  2. Include your order number, reason for return, and photos if the item is damaged or incorrect.

  3. Once approved, we will provide return instructions and a return address.


3. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email.

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).


4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will offer a free replacement or a full refund as appropriate.


5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original and place a new order separately.


6. Return Shipping Costs

  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was received in error or is defective.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without proof of delivery.
